| Police in Vancouver, British Columbia have released video from a bait car, which is used to catch car thieves. The incident is from June 6, 2004. On the tape, it shows a man shaking and screaming, "On-coming!" At one point, he pulls out a gun and attempts to fire it. This video is the most chilling bait car video that auto theft investigators from around the world have ever seen. The technology being used is the BSM Wireless Stinger Bait Vehicle System. | |||
