Aly Rahemtulla – Chief Executive Officer Aly Rahemtulla was the President of Onbelay Automotive Coatings Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Onbelay Partners Limited ("OPL"). Prior to forming OPL, Mr. Rahemtalla was a consultant with the global management consulting firm of A.T. Kearney Limited providing direction on corporate strategy to Fortune 100 Corporations. Prior to that he operated his own consulting firm called ANR Solutions Inc. Jasbinder S. Mann, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Mann is a Certified General Accountant (Canada), an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (India) and a bachelor of laws (India). Mr. Mann also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Calcutta (India). From 1997 to 2001 Mr. Mann was CFO at Applied Innovations Group (AIG) with responsibility for all global subsidiaries of AIG. In March of 2001 Mr. Mann took over as CFO for BSM. Prior to 1997, Mr. Mann held various accounting and financial controller positions with medium and large corporations both in Canada and India. Mr. Mann has over 25 years experience in financial management including M&A, turnarounds and restructuring. Bradley Macdonald, VP of Operations Bradley Macdonald brings over 18 years of operational experience in the Consumer Electronics marketplace including the last 8 years in the Telematics industry, to BSM. Brad has successfully launched several Telematics solutions, and was vital from initial product design to final testing and implementation. He has in-depth experience with many Telematics hardware and software solutions and platforms, 12V automotive systems, hardware design, Telecommunications and has developed unique product training and installation programs worldwide. Mr. Macdonald is a specialist in wireless networks, mobile hardware and software applications solutions. Prior to joining BSM, Mr. Macdonald led key initiatives such as deploying partner strategies at Global Location Systems, Inc. including distribution agreements, customer care and online web marketing programs, as well as leading the Mobile Device development program. Jolene Lindner, VP, Public Safety Products Ms. Lindner has 17 years expertise in law enforcement and public safety. Her education portfolio includes Criminal Justice, Sociology and Public Safety Communication. During her tenure with the Minneapolis P.D., she held positions of uniformed officer and sergeant and has worked in various areas including narcotics, undercover and auto theft. With her hands-on expertise in the utilization of wireless products in law enforcement, she has been instrumental in leading the design, development of our wireless security products and the implementation of the Stinger Bait Vehicle Program. Through her endorsement of BSM and our products, 21 Minnesota police agencies and numerous other US agencies are currently using BSM technology for their bait vehicle programs. Ms. Lindner's memberships include the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators and the International Association of Technical Investigators. Ms. Lindner continues to train law enforcement agencies worldwide on how to implement bait vehicle programs to help reduce auto theft within their jurisdictions. Ms. Lindner also led the team that reviewed over 45 wireless service providers in 2000, ultimately selecting HGI Wireless as its provider of choice and development partner. Ms. Lindner worked side-by-side with HGI Wireless technicians during the development partnership of the HGI Stinger law enforcement product. Ms. Lindner has proven herself to be a valuable asset to the BSM management team. Dr. Paul Pilon, VP, Research and Development Dr. Pilon has over 15 years of high-tech industry experience in the fields of mobile computing and intelligent transportation systems, particularly vehicle location and navigation systems. He earned his graduate degrees from the University of Waterloo where he specialized in advanced spatial data systems including Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Dr. Pilon is the author of over twenty technical publications in his field. Dr. Pilon has held Senior R&D and Product Development positions within government and the private sector. In such capacity he was responsible for identifying new research opportunities, developing research proposals to acquire external research funding, and managing and implementing externally and internally funded research and development projects. Dr. Pilon has worked closely with agencies such as the National Research Council and collaborated with several large industry-leading companies such as MDA, Ericsson, and IBM. Dr. Pilon has been instrumental in moving BSM forward as a leading-edge product developer. |
