Mr. Bell is Chairman of Onbelay Investment Corporation, a privately held merchant bank specializing in small-cap private and public companies with significant growth potential.  In addition to serving as Chairman of BSM Wireless, Mr. Bell is also: Trustee and Audit Chair of Newport Partners Income Fund, a $700 million TSE-listed investment company; Board Member of ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc., a $900 million global designer and manufacturer of automation systems; Chairman of CrossChasm Technologies, a start-up in next generation vehicle design; Board Member of the Royal Canadian Mint, a $1.5 billion for profit Canadian Crown Corporation; Advisory Board member for Rae & Lipski Investment Counsel Inc., and Trustee, Strongco Income Fund, one of Canada's largest multiline equipment distributors.   Prior founding Onbelay, Mr. Bell was was CEO and owner of Polymer Technologies Inc., a $125 million tier two auto parts manufacturer, and CEO and owner of Shred-Tech Limited, a word leader in recycling technology and mobile document shredding. Mr. Bell also served as acting CEO ATS Automation Tooling Systems during the company's turnaround period in 2007. Mr. Bell is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario School of Business Administration (Ivey).

Aly Rahemtalla was the President of Onbelay Automotive Coatings Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Onbelay Partners Limited ("OPL"). Prior to forming OPL, Mr. Rahemtalla was a consultant with the global management consulting firm of A.T. Kearney Limited providing direction on corporate strategy to Fortune 100 Corporations. Prior to that he operated his own consulting firm called ANR Solutions Inc.

Under his guidance and vision, AIG was grown into a $233,000,000 international conglomerate with offices in Canada, the United States and Europe. Mr. Cirella has strong community involvement, supporting numerous charitable organizations through the provision of his time and donations. His business and community achievements have been recently recognized with the investiture by the Governor General of Canada, of Mr. Cirella as a Serving Brother of St. John ("SBSJ").

Frank Maw is the past President of Motorola Canada retiring after 35 years in consumer products and information and telecommunications industries. Mr. Maw is now a consultant to early stage business and is on the boards of OCR Canada, OptoSecurity, BSM Wireless and Software Growth. Mr. Maw is also an advisor to The Innovation Synergy Centre of Markham and the MaRS Discovery Centre. Mr. Maw has served on the boards of The Toronto Board of Trade, United Way and YMCA. Mr. Maw is a past Chairman of ITAC, the Information Technology Association of Canada and of CWTA, the Canadian Telecommunications Association of Canada.

 Garry West Board Member Read Bio

Garry West is a Fellow Chartered Accountant. In his client practice with Ernst & Young LLP, Garry provided audit, accounting and related services to clients in the fields of technology, communications, manufacturing, and service businesses. He worked extensively in developing strategic plans for entrepreneurial clients, assisting clients negotiate acquisition or divestiture transactions, and assisting international clients of the firm to start-up Canadian subsidiary operations. Garry’s client base included the largest public company in Southwestern Ontario (SEC registrant). This company files its financial statements in US GAAP and has filed under Sarbanes Oxley 404 legislation. Garry’s former client base also included a large private manufacturing company that uses International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Garry obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, became a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA). His many charitable and not-for-profit activities have in included Treasurer of Cambridge Memorial Hospital and President of the Royal Canadian Golf Association.

 Greg Rokos Board Member Read Bio

Greg holds a degree in business administration and marketing from Concordia University. Greg Rokos has acquired more than 20 years of experience in senior management in the IT sector. Acting as President of ESI Information Technologies, a company he co-founded in 1994, he has successfully led a series of strategic acquisitions to develop ESI into a provider of integrated, mission critical IT solutions and services. Before co-founding ESI, Greg Rokos joined Econocom in 1986, a Paris-based $300-million computer services company, where he held key executive positions in sales, marketing and general management, in Montreal and Toronto, and then became the Canadian President. He is also a member of la Fédération de I’informatique du Québec, of le Réseau interlogiQ and of The Executive Committee (TEC), the world’s largest CEO membership organization. He is also actively involved with the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation where he sits on the Foundation’s Board of Directors.

 Pierre Bélanger Board Member Read Bio

Pierre Bélanger brings more than 30 years of experience in senior management within renowned organizations such as Groupe Québecor, Télé-Métropole Inc. and at Vidéotron Ltd. Where he successfully managed the merger of CF Cable TV Inc. from 1996 to 1997. He was also President of Communications Capital CDPQ from 1997 to 2002. Under his leadership of five years, the unit completed investments of over $2 billion in partnership with major financial groups including Blackstone, Carlyle and GE Capital. Pierre Bélanger holds a B.B.A. from the University of Sherbrooke and is also a member of the Ordre des comptables agrees du Québec.

 Robert Latham Board Member Read Bio

Robert Latham is the founder of RFL Consulting which he started in 2001 and through which he provides consulting advice to small entrepreneurial companies and other organizations. He has been on the board of several start-up organizations, as well as Microcell Wireless Communications Inc. From 1999 to 2001, he was the Chief Executive Officer (Chairman and President) of Axxent/OCI/Optel Inc. (Toronto, Canada) responsible for all aspects of the CLEC’s operation. Prior to this he was the Chief Operating Officer (President and Executive Vice President) of ORBCOMM Global L.P. (Dulles, VA) a little LEO satellite company, whose main product was the transmission of location and other data from both mobile and fixed assets on a global basis. After retiring from Bell Canada in 1995, he was employed by Bell Canada International (1996-1997) where he was seconded to Mercury Communications Limited (London, England). Prior to his retirement, Mr. Latham spent 29 years with Bell Canada where he held a wide variety of senior business positions in customer service, operations, marketing and sales, regulatory affairs, and strategic planning. In the period 1986 to 1991, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Bell Cellular as well as the Chairman of Bell’s mobile communications division. He has been the key spokesperson in three IPOs and has been actively involved in raising equity, debt and vendor financing.
